Shipping Methods, Costs, and Processing Time

At MPdesignsjewelry.com, we make every effort to process (pack and ship) your Jewelry design order as quickly as possible, while making sure your order is both accurate and carefully packed and are processed within 1-2 business days. You will choose your option for shipping during your checkout process after you sign up with PayPal.

USPS First-Class standard shipping for your first item is $3.00. Discount in Shipping when you combine your orders. Each additional item is only $.50. Orders usually only takes 3-6 business days to arrive.

You may also choose other shipping options when checking out in PayPal.

Priority Mail or Overnight Express Shipping. If you choose these options please contact me for the total weight of your item to figure the exact postage required.

We are located in Muskogee, OK (USA), which means that some jewelry orders on the east or west coast, may not arrive as quickly as orders mailed to closer destinations.

Please note that occasionally orders may take longer to process than stated due to large order volumes associated with holidays, special promotions, or delays associated with the carrier. International orders pass through customs and this has been known to slow down shipment by a few days.

International Orders

At this time we only accept International orders from Canada. Please check with us on shipping cost before placing your order.

Lost Packages

On rare occasions, due to no fault on our part, packages sent via the US Postal Service never arrive at their destination. We cannot replace custom orders, but will try to work with you to remedy the situation.
